According to the Family Education Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA),
the Career Center staff is not at liberty to discuss any visits
by students without their consent. The best way to find out how
your son or daughter is doing is to ask him/her directly. Part of
the college educational experience for students is learning to take
responsibility for their futures and to make responsible decisions.
Utilizing the career services available to them is one such decision.
By exploring the Career Center's site, parents will be able to ask
informative questions when talking with students about career plans. Should I call the Career Center to see how my son or daughter
is doing?
