MyPlan is a self-assessment tool that guides you in career exploration.  It assesses your career personality, interests, values, and skills and generates a list of occupations based on your answers regarding those topics.  My Plan also provides detailed information about each occupation.  It is important to remember that the list is merely a jumping-off point in your career exploration.  It doesn't have all the answers; rather, it suggests some career paths for you to explore.
