David F. Brubaker, known affectionately to thousands of Dickinsonians and Mermaid Players simply as 'Mr. B', passed peacefully from life's stage on May 29th, 2002. A memorial service in celebration of his life and career was held on June 6th, 2002 in the theatre that he built along with his wife Marj Green Brubaker.

His life was gentle, and the elements so mix'd in him that Nature might stand up and say to all the world 'This was a man!'
