Safe ride*Safe walk
Safe Walk/Safe Ride is a campus accompaniment service designed as an alternative to walking alone, especially at night. Coordinated by staff at the Department of Public Safety (DPS), Safe Walk/Safe Ride escorts are free of charge and available to all members of the Dickinson College community. This is not a taxi service, a warm car when it's cold outside, an umbrella when it's raining. This service is a safe alternative to walking alone.
Simply call 245-1349 to request this service. An employee from the Department of Public Safety will respond to your location. The service area covers a 20-minute walk or one-mile driving radius of campus. Stay safe—call DPS.
