The Distinctively Dickinson Award seeks individuals, work teams, or departments who go above and beyond their normal job responsibilities and have made a significant contribution to the college.
Recognition can be categorized by one of the following:
- Service - Recognition of a person or team that has gone above and beyond the normal level of service. Areas of service can include, but are not limited to, extraordinary service to the college, service to a non-profit community organization, mentoring, and volunteerism.
- Creativity - Recognition of a person or team that has developed a program, idea or solution that has provided, or has the potential to provide, a benefit to the college. Examples of such innovations include, but are not limited to, new program development, process efficiencies, cost saving initiatives, initiatives related to wellness and safety, etc.
- Collaboration - Recognition of a person or team that has developed or coordinated collaborative partnerships across departments, divisions, or external organizations that benefit or have the potential to benefit Dickinson.
A completed Employee Recognition Form may be submitted to Steve Riccio, Staff Development Coordinator in HR Services by interoffice mail, fax (ext 1785) or email to Steve Riccio. |
