This action came on for trial before the Court upon the facts without a jury
and the issues having been duly tried and Findings of Fact and Conclusions of
Law having been filed,
It is hereby ordered that:
1. Judgment is for the plaintiff United States of America and against defendant
John Demjanjuk;
2. Defendant's United States citizenship is revoked;
3. The November 14, 1958 Order of the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Ohio admitting defendant to United States citizenship is vacated;
4. Defendant's Certificate of Naturalization No. 7997497 is hereby cancelled;
5. Defendant shall surrender and deliver to the Attorney General of the United
States (or his designee) within ten days of the date of this Order, his Certificate
of Naturalization, No. 7997497, and any U.S. passport or other documentary evidence
of United States citizenship he may have;
6. Defendant is forever restrained and enjoined from claiming any rights, privileges,
or advantages under any document evidencing United States citizenship.
